This is a day shift position with a Mon-Thur 5:45 AM-3:45 PM schedule. Training on an off shift may be required.

These positions perform entry level production work in an industrial - manufacturing environment. As a Production Operator you are instrumental in driving efficiencies and increased effectiveness in meeting production goals and objectives to continue our growth and meet customer expectations. This position requires a candidate that is safety conscious, quality oriented and ability to perform well in a team environment.As a Production Technician, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring the smooth and safe production of materials that make a difference.

Key Duties:

  • Safely handle, transport, and process materials using equipment such as overhead cranes, fork trucks, and other mobile devices.
  • Operate equipment crucial to the production process, supporting various operational areas.
  • Utilize a range of specialized equipment to create high-quality materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area through daily housekeeping.
  • Embrace flexibility by undertaking assigned tasks to contribute to the team's success.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capable of walking, climbing, lifting, pushing, and pulling as required.
  • Comfortable working in a challenging industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and cold conditions.

Required:

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferences:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to read and understand work instructions.
  • Basic computer proficiency and aptitude for math calculations.
  • Prior experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with metal processing techniques is a plus.
