Job Description
General Description: The Project Manager with experience to manage the planning, execution, and delivery of mobile test initiatives. This role will partner closely with Android engineers, QA, UX, product, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases across devices and OS versions.

Primary Responsibilities/Tasks:
  • Manage of Android testing projects.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and track progress.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure alignment across engineering, product, QA, and business teams.
  • Oversee release management, version control, and production deployments.
  • Monitor KPIs related to quality, performance, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications
Work Experience Requirements:
  • 2+ years of project/program management experience in a technical environment.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree Engineering (preferred)

Additional Information
Compensation
The expected salary for this position is $38,000 to 70,000 per year. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
