Implementation Engineer


Seeking a Solutions Engineer for a customer facing role that couples technical and interpersonal skills. 

This role will work with teams to perform process analysis, identification of customer needs, technical implementation, application configuration and development.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with customers and partners to understand business requirements and pain points.
  • Take part in the solution-design process to ensure the deliverable meets the customer's needs
  • Take part in the implementation of production optimization solution. Involves application configuration.
  • Provide technical support to the customer during the implementation phase.
  • Provide technical training to the customer technical staff.
  • Provide on-site support to customers during the testing and go-live phases to ensure a successful deployment.
  • Consult and assist customer with fine-tuning the application functionality and optimization elements to meet customer's service business objectives.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of experience with customer facing positions
  • Strong desire to work both in design and in 'hands-on' implementation modes 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills
  • Strong analytic skills and high level decision-making
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Willingness to travel



Qualifications

Preferred Experience

  • A previous role in a production environment (engineering, production management)
  • Use of enterprise commercial business applications (e.g. CRM, ERP)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based software solutions (AWS)
  • Hands-on experience with network infrastructure design or troubleshooting
  • Windows IIS configuration and troubleshooting (Windows 2008 and newer)
  • Basic ability to read and understand VB.net, C#, and/or Java
  • Familiarity with SQL databases
