What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for supporting daily production operations by:
- Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment
- Loading and unloading materials and finished parts
- Performing visual quality inspections
- Following work instructions and production schedules
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Reporting equipment or quality concerns to your supervisor
- Working with your team to meet daily production goals
What We Offer
- Competitive starting wage of $17.00 per hour
- $1.10/hour shift premium for second shift
- $1.65/hour overtime shift premium
- Full-time Monday-Friday schedule
- First Shift: 5:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Second Shift: 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
- Two weeks of paid vacation available upon hire

What We're Looking For
Successful candidates will have:
- A strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Willingness to learn new equipment and manufacturing processes
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work well independently and with a team
- Basic English communication skills
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, assembly, or machine operation experience is helpful but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds
- Good hand coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to identify colors accurately
- Vision correctable to 20/20 with good depth perception
- Ability to safely work at heights up to 35 feet when necessary
