About John Knox Village

John Knox Village is a notforprofit Life Plan Retirement Community offering independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care to more than 1,000 residents. Our scenic 70acre campus in Pompano Beach is conveniently located near major highways and transportation options.

About the Role

As a Cabinet Installer / EntryLevel Carpenter, you will support a variety of carpentry and installation projects across our 70acre Life Plan Community. You'll work with a team dedicated to maintaining highquality craftsmanship and creating safe, beautiful living environments for our residents.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys handson work, takes pride in precision, and is comfortable using a range of hand and power tools.


What We're Looking For
  • Prior carpentry experience

  • Proficiency with hand and power tools

  • Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments accurately

  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, including reading and writing


Job Responsibilities
  • Proper installation of cabinets

  • Crown molding and trim work

  • Installation of doors and door hardware

  • Shelving installation

  • General carpentry support as needed
