Venturi, LLC, a Chenega Company, has a challenging career opportunity for a Senior Signature/Data Analyst who will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Targets and Countermeasures program in solid fuel debris model development and validation, pre- and post-flight trajectory analysis, and on-site mission support. This Analyst will perform as a team member on the TEAMS Next Missile Defense Systems Engineering contract. Responsibilities * Support the development, integration, analysis, and documentation of target analysis products for pre-mission and post-mission activities for all MDA Flight Tests. * Plan test activities and provide recommendations for team assignments to support mission activities * Contribute to the development of Target Vehicle notional trajectories, flight scenarios, and debris scenes * Deploy for test missions and develop data analysis products such as Target Best Estimated Trajectory (BET), Target Quick-look Brief, and Target Launch Time within the required 24-hour (quick-look) timeframe, ensuring accuracy of data products * Participate in target development and test planning activities such as Target System Readiness Reviews, Preliminary Design Reviews, Critical Design Reviews, Target, and Test Readiness Reviews, providing analysis and recommendations * Prepare technical reports and/or briefings on various technical aspects of Flight Test Targets * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications * Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of experience OR * Master's Degree with 12+ years of experience * Experience in two or more of the following areas: trajectory/kinematic simulation, EO/IR sensor exploitation, RF sensor exploitation, and geodesy. * Interim secret security clearance Preferred Qualifications: * A B.S. in Engineering or Physics is highly desired. * M.S. in Engineering or Physics * Active Secret security clearance * Successfully pass background and drug screening Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Experience working independently and/or leading sub-teams to analyze and resolve problems * Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint * Skilled in the use of MATLAB and TAOS software * Familiar with STK software * Experience with missiles, targets, missile defense systems, or hypersonic weapons * Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively How you'll grow At Chenega MIOS, our professional development plan focuses on helping our team members at every level of their careers to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
