The Role


They are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative who is eager to build a successful career in sales within the construction and energy innovation space. This entry-level role involves outreach, data accuracy, and sales coordination to help strengthen market presence and support senior sales professionals.



The Responsibilities:


Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Conduct outbound calls to targeted contacts within engineering, architecture, development, and property ownership groups.
  • Achieve daily and weekly outreach objectives.
  • Research new organizations and identify key stakeholders to engage.
  • Introduce the company’s solutions confidently and professionally.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for senior team members to advance opportunities.


CRM & Data Accuracy

  • Maintain thorough documentation of all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Ensure records and contact details are consistently updated and well-organized.


Sales Coordination

  • Follow up on previous communications to keep prospects engaged.
  • Highlight promising opportunities for sales leadership to prioritize.
  • Share insights from outreach activities to support sales strategy refinement.


Team Support & Meeting Preparation

  • Confirm meeting logistics and capture essential details in the CRM.
  • Provide concise updates during internal sales discussions to support pipeline visibility.
