Job description

About 3Y Health At 3Y Health, we believe physicians deserve more — more freedom, more support, and more impact. Why This Role Exists We're expanding our Endocrinology services and need a founding clinician to serve as a part‐time consultant. You will help us shape local care models, expand insurance contracts, and if interested, create a launch‐pad to build or grow your own independent practice—without the usual operational headache.

Key Responsibilities

Variable commitment, up to 1 hour per week. Advise on policies and outcome metrics to ensure evidence‐based, family‐centered care. Act as the primary credentialed provider for the group when we are applying to commercial and Medicaid plans in your state.

Ideal Candidate

Active Endocrinology license in good standing in Florida. Familiarity with payer credentialing or utilization‐management processes is a plus. Passion for expanding equitable private practice care and experimenting with outcome‐driven models. Enjoys autonomy and remote, flexible collaboration.
