Job Description
JOB DETAILS
Pay Range: $21.50 - $22.50
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 4:00 am - 2:30 pm, plus overtime based on production needs
Job Summary
Production Associate 1 performs entry-level assembly and/or glass production of Windows & Doors. Follows well-defined standard works with guidance and oversight. Collaborates with experienced teammates to develop new skills. Meets safety, quality, and on-time delivery standards while minimizing waste and cost. Meets production targets while maintaining production flow.
Key Responsibilities
  • Follow safe practices and wear required PPE at all times.
  • Fabricate, assemble, and lift window and/or door units.
  • Work to an established production rate.
  • Identify problems and communicate issues.
  • Perform housekeeping duties in designated work areas.
  • Assist with training co-workers.
  • Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed by leadership.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods.
  • Frequent walking, bending, reaching, twisting, lifting, and using repetitive motion.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with typical manufacturing conditions.
  • Required use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English and follow established work processes.
  • Ability to safely move materials and operate hand and power tools as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime or weekends, as needed.
  • Manufacturing and tape measure experience preferred.
