Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical and RF testing on circuit boards, subassemblies, and electronic systems using manual and automated test equipment.
- Execute test procedures and work instructions to verify product performance and quality standards.
- Utilize oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other electronic test equipment to evaluate and troubleshoot assemblies.
- Accurately record test results, maintain documentation, and enter data into electronic systems.
- Diagnose and resolve basic test failures and perform retesting as needed.
- Partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ESD and quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with electronics, microelectronics, PCB assemblies, or electrical testing preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret basic schematics, work instructions, and test plans.
- Familiarity with common electronic test equipment, including multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer skills for navigating digital work instructions, timekeeping, and production systems.
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
