Electrical Panel Assembler


Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Panel Assembler to join our production team in Auburn Hills. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in electrical assembly, industrial manufacturing, or control panel production. Whether you're an experienced assembler or looking to grow your technical skills, you'll play a key role in building high-quality electrical panels that support critical customer operations.

Work Schedule: Breaks include two paid 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch period


Summer Hours (through September 5)

Monday – Friday
6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Standard Schedule

Monday – Thursday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Friday
6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Review build sheets, assembly drawings, and production documentation
  • Assemble electrical panel plates, enclosures, and related components according to specifications
  • Install electrical components, controllers, and hardware following engineering documentation
  • Wire electrical assemblies using designated cable types, wire gauges, ferrules, tags, and identification methods
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and production requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals
  • Follow established procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical school, vocational training, or electrical coursework is a plus
  • Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and documentation
