Job Summary
The Wellness Coach I provides prevention and early intervention services that promote the behavioral health and overall well-being of students and families. In coordination with licensed or credentialed staff, the Wellness Coach I supports the delivery of school-based wellness initiatives through direct student engagement, implementation of structured wellness curricula, and coordination of family and community outreach activities. This entry-level position emphasizes cultural responsiveness, teamwork, and support for the social-emotional development of students.
Requirements / Qualifications

At least one year of experience in an educational, youth-support, or community service setting.
Experience supporting at-risk or high-needs students preferred.
