About This Role

Our team seeks an experienced and compassionate teacher to educate preschool children in a nurturing environment, promoting social, emotional, and cognitive development. The ideal candidate will establish a structured learning space, adapt teaching methods to meet students' needs, and provide a safe and engaging atmosphere for children to explore and learn.


What You'll Do
  • Establish a positive and engaging classroom environment, promoting social, emotional, and cognitive development in preschool children.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality instruction and provide support to students with special needs.
  • Conduct regular observations and assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to share student progress and involve them in their child's education.
  • Maintain accurate and complete student records and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices.
  • Supervise and support teacher assistants and volunteers to ensure a cohesive and supportive classroom environment.
