relationships.

The eCommerce Coordinator serves as a key connection between business operations and

technology, supporting the development, enhancement, and day-to-day performance of the

completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.

  • Translate business, marketing, and user experience requirements into effective technical

solutions while working closely with internal developers, IT teams, and external

development partners.

  • Manage project backlogs, feature roadmaps, quality assurance testing, issue resolution,

and technical documentation using tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, and GitHub.

  • Monitor project progress and communicate timelines, priorities, risks, challenges, and

recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Work closely with the IT team to maintain the eCommerce platform’s stability, security,

performance, and compliance, while monitoring key performance indicators and

identifying areas for improvement.

  • Conduct regular eCommerce security audits and coordinate with IT to address identified vulnerabilities and security concerns.
  • Ensure website banners, user interface navigation, page layouts, and mobile responsiveness meet established quality and usability standards.
  • Monitor 404 errors and website logs, identifying and resolving broken links, redirects, navigation issues, and expired or inactive promotional links.
  • Support the development and coordination of digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, social media postings, promotional videos, newsletters, email campaigns, product catalogues, and other promotional content.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing team members to ensure digital content and visual materials align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Review website content and functionality weekly to identify opportunities to improve usability, customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall online experience.
  • Conduct biweekly eCommerce meetings with IT Manager and Operations Director.
  • Provide monthly eCommerce KPI data and analysis summary to IT Manager, Operations Director, and Senior Management to identify upward/downward trends and areas that require improvements such as revenue, traffic, engagement, etc.
  • Attend annual conferences/summits as required for professional development requirements.

  • Experience with PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, XML, and JSON, with an understanding of Magento 2 architecture.
  • Experience managing external vendors and development agencies using Jira, GitHub, and similar workflow tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, robust computer skills, and ability to learn quickly.

  • Strong team player with ability to multitask and troubleshoot issues.

Salary: 60K-70K CAD annually.
