We are actively hiring entry-level CDL-A drivers in Van Buren, Fort Smith, and the surrounding River Valley area to join our structured Paid Mentor Program. SCHEDULE

  • 12 Days Out / 2 Days Home: Consistent OTR schedule originating out of the Van Buren/Fort Smith area.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card.
  • Graduate of an accredited CDL program (120+ hours) OR under 6 months of recent OTR experience.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Must pass standard background check and pre-employment drug screening.
