The Job: Scheduling Coordinator

We are currently recruiting an entry-level Scheduling Coordinator to support a healthcare organization focused on delivering a positive client experience. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you will help coordinate appointments, communicate with clients, and support day-to-day scheduling operations while serving as a key point of contact for customers. What You Will Be Doing as a Scheduling Coordinator:

  • Coordinate appointments, schedules, and client communication
