About the Position:
The Dog Bather is a fundamental, entry-level, position at Scenthound with an extensive career growth program, think "groomer in training". Offering quick and efficient grooming services for the hygiene and wellness of dogs while working with a fun & high performing team! This role is fast-pace and rooted in teamwork, plus you get to work with dogs all day!

Who We Are Looking For:
We are searching for a detail-oriented team member who has a passion for keeping dogs clean and healthy! A successful Dog Bather is resilient, perceptive, patient, adaptable, and compassionate! We are looking for a motivated team member who wants to advance their career through our training program and be a part of a growing franchise in martin county!
Tasks:
  • Prep dogs for haircuts, according to the grooming services ordered
  • Complete "Basic Hygiene" services for dogs including; baths, blow dry, brushing, clip/grind nails, clean ears, clean teeth, express glands, etc.
  • Identify the dog's health indicators and input them into a S.C.E.N.T. Check app (health report card)
  • Work on a fast-pace team to complete dog services
  • Ensure dog safety standards and efficient grooming techniques are being met per Scenthound standards at all times
  • Adhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices
  • Engage in training programs and career pathing that Scenthound offers
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Manager
