At Raytheon, the Electrical Engineering Directorate is responsible for the design, test, manufacture, and support of advanced electrical subsystems (target detection, target tracking, guidance, navigation, signal processing, and communication) to be utilized in extreme battle-field environments. The Surface Based Effectors Production Department, a part of the Electrical Engineering Directorate. What You Will Do:

Troubleshooting hardware and process issues down to CCA and component levels.

Resolution of issues on production lines and in testing (including suppliers).

Failure analysis / root cause determination and corrective action implementation.

Create and present electrical engineering drawing update solutions.

Investigate and implement process and/or test improvement projects.
Qualifications You Must Have:

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major obtained by start date.

Experience with any of the following: RF, analog, digital, and / or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and / or digital signal processing.

Experience with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.
Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action investigations.

Experience performing electrical engineering design of CCA, EO, RF, Seeker/Sensor, or electronic subsystem; including circuit design, CCA assembly, electrical test and production/supplier/sub-tier supplier support of test equipment, test automation scripting, test conduction, sensor control, printed circuit board fabrication, circuit card assembly processes and related industry specifications.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
