Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced commercial print Bindery Operator to join our team in a fast-paced sheetfed commercial print environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality, efficiency, and teamwork.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate bindery equipment including:
MBO folders Stahl stitchers Polar cutters
  • Read and interpret job tickets and production schedules
  • Ensure quality control throughout the finishing process
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
  • Work collaboratively with press and finishing teams to meet deadlines
  • Prioritize workload based on production schedules and deadlines
  • Move and stage materials to and from cutting equipment
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong understanding of cutting and finishing processes
  • Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production instructions

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
