What You’ll Need:

  • Valid driver’s license 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus)
  • Obtain toolbox and the required tools
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willing to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to complete:
    • Thermo King Certi-Tech Certification (within 1 year)
    • EPA 608 & 609 Certifications (within 1 year)

What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain transport refrigeration units, APUs, cab A/Cs, and diesel heaters
  • Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairsroad service and join our on-call rotation (after training)
  • Complete road service calls and participate in on-call rotation (after training)
  • Meet standard repair times and keep work organized
  • Operate tools, hoists, and shop equipment safely
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment
