Duration: 6 Months (Temp to hire)   

Shift: 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM | 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Production/Machine Operator – Convoluter

3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

  • Set up and operate convoluting equipment
  • Monitor production equipment and product quality
  • Measure/record ID, OD, wall thickness, and convolution
  • Perform testing, cutting, straightening, and rework
  • Follow safety, quality, and 5S procedures
  • Requirements: HS Diploma/GED + manufacturing experience preferred; mechanical aptitude

Sr. Braider Operator

2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM | 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

  • Operate NEB, OMA, TMW-3DK, TMW-4DK & TMW 24/36 braiders
  • Set up tooling, carriers, bobbins, tube guides, and mandrels
  • Perform quality checks, SPC measurements, pull testing, and rework
  • Maintain production logs and train entry-level operators
  • Follow safety, quality, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing standards

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma/GED + manufacturing experience preferred; braiding/hose experience a plus
