- Provide secondary support for Jira and related delivery tools, including workflow updates, project setup, board and dashboard configuration, reporting, permissions coordination, and general platform support as needed.
- Troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend practical improvements that reduce friction and improve day-to-day delivery effectiveness.
• Engineering Enablement and Operational Excellence
- Support the integration of code quality, testing, security, and compliance checks into delivery workflows and build pipelines.
- Monitor build, release, and tooling health; troubleshoot issues; perform root cause analysis; and implement durable improvements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and knowledge-sharing materials that improve adoption of effective DevOps, automation, and engineering enablement practices.
• Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
- Partner with the Lead DevOps Engineer and delivery stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement automation and tooling improvements.
