to join our Engineering team. This role is ideal for recent Mechanical Engineering graduates

who want hands-on experience in manufacturing, CNC machining, process development, and continuous improvement.

No prior industry experience is required — training and mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilites
  • Assist with manufacturing process development for new and existing products.

  • Prepare engineering documentation and process plans.

  • Support process improvements to increase quality and efficiency.

  • Help troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Operations teams.

  • Learn precision gear manufacturing and CNC machining operations.
