Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following which will be performed within a geographic territory:
  • Perform assignments requiring application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria to carry out engineering tasks
  • Assignments are designed to further develop judgment and understanding of professional and ethical responsibilities.
  • Exercise judgment limited to developing details of work in making preliminary selections and adaptations of engineering alternatives
  • Prepare engineering related calculations and develop drawings and visual aids
  • Work under supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member
  • Work within a project team environment, interfacing and communicating with other design team members
  • Travel one week out of the month

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
  • Must have a valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) preferred
  • Experience with Oil and gas a plus
  • Experience with AutoCAD a plus
  • Experience with Pipe Design a plus
  • Capable of using spreadsheet, word processing and standard office software
