ServiceNow Developer
The Opportunity:
As a low-code/no-code solution engineer, you know how to harness the latest technologies by developing low-code platforms and creating user-friendly solutions for your clients. We're looking for an experienced solution engineer like you to support the management of low-code development platforms from vision to production-ready, solving our clients' most complex challenges.
As a senior low-code/no-code solution engineer at Booz Allen, you'll hone your skills in programming languages and databases, using little to no code to identify new techniques and improve the digital environment. You'll use the latest cloud tools as you look for ways to support your team and develop creative solutions. Using your technical knowledge and appetite to learn, you'll work cross-collaboratively to automate and accelerate cloud modernization and reduce system maintenance and development costs.
You'll be a trusted advisor to your clients as you translate their IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.

You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience developing with web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods
  • Experience with ServiceNow implementation and integration for ITSM and Software Asset Management (SAM) in a government-hosted DevSecOps environment
  • Experience with API development, including REST architectures
  • Experience developing and executing extract, transform, load (ETL) processes to import data into ServiceNow
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of start date

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with UI/UX design
  • Experience with Linux Operating Systems, Amazon Web Services, scripting languages, including Bash, and managing code using repositories or processes such as GitLab or GitHub
  • Experience with front-end frameworks
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and participating in the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and management
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
  • ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
