Position Overview

Foxit is seeking a Product Manager to support the Editor Desktop product line for the North America market. This role will serve as a key product owner across the product lifecycle, connecting customer needs, business priorities, R&D, design, and executive stakeholders.

The Product Manager will translate market feedback and business requirements into clear product direction, helping ensure Foxit's desktop editor products remain competitive, customer-focused, and aligned with company growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for Foxit Editor Desktop in alignment with company strategy and market needs

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify growth opportunities and product gaps

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and customer-facing teams to gather feedback, understand pain points, and prioritize improvements

  • Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, including feature descriptions, workflows, acceptance criteria, and release priorities

  • Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, design, and management stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery

  • Support product launches, including release preparation, internal training, product documentation, and customer-facing explanations

  • Monitor adoption blockers, user feedback, and competitive trends to continuously improve product value and market fit

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Product Management, Business, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in software product management, product operations, or business enablement

  • Strong ability to understand customer needs, sales priorities, and market requirements

  • Experience translating business and customer feedback into clear product requirements

  • Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different regions and time zones

  • Customer-focused, responsive, and comfortable supporting North America business needs

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting North America sales teams, business stakeholders, or end customers

  • Familiarity with PDF editors, desktop software, SaaS products, or productivity tools

  • Experience working with global R&D or engineering teams
