DETAILS:

Pay starts at $24.25 per hour depending on experience level and driving certifications and possible overtime available.

We are willing to hire at an entry level and train

Hiring full time, part-time drivers

Medical, dental and vision benefit eligible after 31 days of employment

Accrue paid time Off (PTO) starting day one

10-hour shift, 4 days per week for full-time - promoting work-life balance

All the tools you need for success are provided; van, navigation delivery devices, uniforms, fuel card; and great management team

Driver support hotline available entire shift

Packages can weight up to 50 pounds, but most are under 15 pounds and

PAID driver training and onboarding, including DOT certification training.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 21 years old

Ability to pass background and DMV checks, as well as NIDA-5 drug screening (THC use prohibited)

Valid driver's license with insurable driving record (i.e.- no more than (2) citations in the past three years)

Ability to operate and navigate a 10,000-pound cargo van or Step-van safely

Able to read and communicate effectively in English

Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts around 10 hours

Ability to efficiently operate technology including GPS and timekeeping system

Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each

Physically capable of entering and exiting a commercial van up to 500 times per day

Capable of walking up and down multiple flights of stairs and uneven surfaces at an intentional pace averaging 10 to 15 miles per day

Valid driver's license, no CDL required

Ability to maintain a calm professional demeanor in challenging situations, as well as being a positive member of our team
