Immediate need for a talented QC Lab Technician. This is a 04+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Arlington Heights, IL (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $27 - $28/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs required bioburden, bacterial endotoxin testing and sterility testing.
  • Performs viable and non-viable environmental monitoring.
  • Reads and interprets environmental monitoring results.
  • Operates non-viable particle counter/facility monitoring systems.
  • Performs computer data entry with programs such as Microsoft Excel and MODA.
  • Maintains accurate records of environmental data and testing.
  • Performs sanitation for testing hoods and enclosures.
  • Prepares supplies for sterilization (autoclave) and depyrogenation.
  • Assists in the stocking and supplying of the QC Micro lab.
  • Workers will be working around radiation they will be trained and provided safety material prior to being put in that environment
  • Fast paced environment

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Must have skills: - Bachelor s degree in sciences (preferred Biological Sciences), would prefer some experience with Microbiology or Biology (this can be from school and not necessarily working experience).
  • This would be considered an entry level position with minimal experience required.
  • Degree in a science related field or working experience in manufacturing or laboratory setting
  • Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in local language
  • Ability to lift 25lbs
