What You'll Do:
- Read and follow work instructions, ensuring they match the assigned work before beginning assembly.
- Gather necessary materials, set up workstations, and assemble components according to specifications.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy, and perform equipment maintenance or calibration as necessary.
- Complete necessary training on schedule and learn new work instructions as needed.
- Support fellow manufacturing team members and assist with additional projects as requested by management.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ month of assembly or manufacturing experience.
What Sets You Apart:
- Ability to read and understand Device/Work instructions.
- Ability to understand verbal work instructions.
- Able to succeed in highly regulated compliance-oriented environment while still providing service excellence.
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's; ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurements, volume and distance.
- Ability to carry out tasks through detailed written or oral instructions; basic computer skills.
- IPC soldering certification; soldering skills necessary.
- Ability to read/write/communicate in English language.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a repeated basis.
- Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)/color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors; depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships).
