We are expanding rapidly and are looking for talented individuals that are eager to grow their careers while the company continues to expand!

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused VIP Salesperson to join our dealership team. This role specializes in working with existing customers, primarily through the service drive, to identify opportunities for vehicle upgrades and provide a concierge-level buying experience. What You’ll Do:

  • Work with warm leads generated from our Service Department, lease maturities, customer follow-ups, and dealership opportunities
  • Build relationships with existing customers and identify vehicle upgrade or trade-in opportunities
  • Assist customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial contact to delivery
  • Evaluate customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
  • Follow up with customers through phone, email, and text communication
  • Provide a high level of customer service and create a VIP buying experience
  • Work closely with our sales and service teams to maximize customer retention opportunities

What You’ll Need:

  • Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Previous sales experience preferred, but strong customer service or relationship-building experience okay!
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills.

Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face in a service drive setting.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency with CRM tools a plus
