About the Role:

Join our team at Days Inn Granbury, TX as a Night Auditor Front Desk! This exciting position offers a unique opportunity to showcase your customer service skills while ensuring a smooth overnight operation in our welcoming hotel environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy.

Provide exceptional customer service to guests during night hours.

Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.

Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries promptly.

Prepare daily reports for management and maintain accurate records.

Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises overnight.

Assist with any guest issues or concerns in a professional manner.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
