The Opportunity
As a Front Office Strategy Consulting - PLS Customer Analytics - Senior Associate, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will focus on utilizing your skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, learning how to manage and inspire others while navigating increasingly complex situations. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work and growing your personal brand.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that leverages data to drive insights and make informed business decisions. You will have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will contribute to optimizing client operations and achieving strategic goals. Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
