Position Overview:
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support sourcing, supplier management, procurement, and inventory planning activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role partners with suppliers, engineering, and cross-functional teams to help ensure the timely delivery of materials, improve supplier performance, manage costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support sourcing and procurement activities, including supplier quotation analysis, supplier selection, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Assist with supplier relationship management, supplier performance monitoring, and issue resolution to ensure quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to support purchasing decisions, spend analysis, inventory planning, and supplier evaluations.
  • Participate in make-versus-buy analyses, resourcing projects, and supplier cost studies.
  • Support Engineering Change Management (ECM) activities to ensure design changes and product improvements are implemented efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Develop and execute inventory plans to achieve material flow, inventory accuracy, and asset management goals.
  • Resolve shipping, receiving, invoicing, and payment discrepancies while ensuring timely supplier payments.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to address supplier performance concerns and implement permanent corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update reports, databases, dashboards, and departmental systems using SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Open to recent graduates or candidates with internship, co-op, or entry-level supply chain experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using or exposure to SAP is preferred.
  • Exposure to Power BI or other reporting and data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
