Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Act as single point of contact for used cars and direct support for assigned territory accounts. 

  • Collaboration with Customer Experience Managers (CEM) and Regional Sales Manager (RSM) on accuracy of sales proposals to ensure trades are processed correctly. 

  • Resolve disputes with RSM & CEM RSM on customer account resolutions to include missing trades, terminations, and billing.

  • Participate in monthly Inventory Reconciliations within the assigned territory to ensure accuracy of used cars in our inventory 

  • Data Entry into SAP and Salesforce regarding sales, termination, and lost business. To include entering Used Car vehicle orders into SAP for invoicing to end customer 

  • Collaborate with customers to include Logistics and freight carriers to obtain proper documentation for movement of vehicles. 

  • Provide accurate and timely information to applicable parties regarding order status. 

  • Maximize customer satisfaction through routine communication and exceptional service.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required 

  • Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience required

  •  Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office suite required, SAP and Salesforce experience preferred
