You'll leave the program with a clear direction and a strong foundation to move into a permanent role.
ResponsibilitiesDuring your rotations, you'll:
- Assist with financial data analysis and reporting to support business decisions
- Work on automating spreadsheets and improving reporting processes
- Support various teams with transactional and project-based accounting tasks
- Participate in cross-functional projects with operations and leadership
- Help identify efficiencies and process improvements within accounting workflows
- Present findings and insights to managers and team members

QualificationsWe're looking for someone who is ambitious, curious, and ready to learn:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Strong interest in business, data, and problem-solving
- Comfortable with Excel (formulas, data analysis preferred)
- Curious mindset, someone who asks why? and looks for improvements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Your Future HereAfter completing the rotation program, you'll transition into a role aligned with your strengths, such as:
- Staff Accountant
- Financial Analyst
- Cost Accountant
- Internal Auditor
Pay: $42,000 to $47,000
Pay Details: $42,000.00 to $47,000.00 per year
