The Data Entry Technician team of professionals are critical to the function of the business in delivering excellence to our clients. We are currently seeking a Data Entry Technician to process applications, input information accurately, draw up contracts and provide our firm's managers with general and administrative support. This is an opportunity for a hard worker who is interested in learning and growing in a fast paced and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
-Candidates must be comfortable managing tasks that vary from day to day, and will be expected to offer help when a need arises
-Communication skills are a must both verbal and written; candidates will be acting as the first point of contact, dealing with all correspondence and phone calls
-Technology Skills - Candidates will be processing applications, entering information into our CRM and drawing up contracts. Candidates must be confident working with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
-Collaboration - candidates must be able to work seamlessly with coworkers from all over the company, which means understanding everyone's role and figuring out how to be most useful to the group
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
