The SFA, FP&A Data & Analytics plays a critical role in enabling informed, datadriven decision making across the DePuy Synthes organization. This role partners closely with finance and business leaders to deliver highquality financial planning, forecasting, and performance insights,leveragingadvanced analytics to support strategic and operational priorities. The position offers strong visibility, crossfunctional collaboration, and the opportunity to influence business outcomes through actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and longrange planning activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with businessobjectives.

  • Develop and deliver financial and operational performance analyses, including variance analysis, trend identification, and key driver insights.

  • Design,maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to improve visibility into financial performance and decision support.

  • Partner with crossfunctional stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business cases using datadriven insights.

  • Apply advanced analytics and financial modeling techniques to evaluate scenarios, risks, and opportunities.

  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial governance standards.

  • Identifyopportunities to improve FP&A processes, reporting efficiency, and analytical capabilities through automation and standardization.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, ora relatedfield (required).

  • MBA,Master'sdegree, or advanced analytics coursework (preferred).

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • Typically2-4years of progressive experiencein FP&A, financial analysis, or a related analyticsfocused finance role.

  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.

  • Advancedproficiencyin Excel and experience with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., ERP, planning systems, BI tools).

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting a manufacturing, supply chain, or MedTech/Healthcare business.

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
