About the Role

We are hiring a Consultant to support the design and delivery of data-driven solutions for complex, real-world business environments.


This is a client-facing role focused on problem solving, structured thinking, and delivery. You will work closely with senior consultants and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions, leveraging data and analytics tools such as Power BI.


This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable engaging with clients, enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology, and wants to deepen their experience in delivering impactful, data-driven solutions.


What You'll Do


  • Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and communicate structured recommendations.
  • Translate Business Needs into Solutions: Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating requirements into clear solution designs and analytical outputs.
  • Develop Data Solutions: Build dashboards, reports, and analytical models using Power BI and other tools to support decision-making.
  • Ensure Delivery Quality: Take ownership of assigned workstreams, ensuring outputs meet professional standards and align with project objectives.
  • Support End-to-End Delivery: Contribute to all phases of delivery, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Identify Insights & Risks: Analyze data to uncover insights, identify risks, and propose practical, value-driven solutions.
  • Collaborative Execution: Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions in client environments.


Qualifications

Required

  • University education completed in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Approximately 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, analytics, or a related role, with exposure to client-facing work
  • Strong experience with Power BI or similar data visualization/analytics tools
  • Experience working with data (ETL, data modeling, transformation, and analysis) to support business decisions
  • Experience across multiple data visualization platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, Splunk, or others)
  • Familiarity with data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, SQL-based environments)
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to clients
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Must be located in the Greater Montreal Area


Considered an Asset

  • Experience working in consulting or professional services environments, ideally in the digital transformation space
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Certifications such as PMP or LSS
  • Exposure to process improvement or operational optimization initiatives
  • Experience working in structured project environments
  • Communication skills in French are encouraged
