Job Summary
The Business Analyst oversees the generation, consolidation, and analysis of reports. Analytical skills are essential to the success of this position. The main focus of the Business Analyst is to support the team as assigned, to provide data and information timely and consistently in real time. They support the implementation and development of a comprehensive business continuity strategy and programs, plans, and toolsets that support response, develop resiliency, and enable recovery from events that disrupt business operations. This position uses the established framework and methodology to manage all business continuity life cycle activities, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, strategy development, implementation, testing and review, plan maintenance and updates. They coordinate the periodic review, validation, and workflow testing of documented business continuity plans. This role participates in organization-wide training and communications and supports internal audits and regulatory exams of compliance with required regulations.

  • Perform data processing, exploratory data analysis, visualization, and feature creation to prepare for each analytics task.
  • Perform root cause analysis to ensure a quality KPI results.
  • Serve as a bridge between the Technical Manager and End users to plan and execute User Data, and to get better appreciation of the data.
  • Conducts high complexity analysis for a particular business unit/function and prepares reports and presentations to share insights and findings.
  • Understand the specific requirements and objectives of the stakeholders, gather the necessary data from various sources and pre-process it to ensure it is clean, relevant, and suitable for analysis.
  • Develop the analytical models using suitable tools and techniques, Validate the performance of the analytical models using appropriate techniques such as cross-validation, holdout validation, or A/B testing.
  • Implement automation techniques to streamline the process of model deployment and execution.
  • Design and analyze all required metrics and how the clinical and non-clinical staff improve patient experience satisfaction affects those KPIs.
  • Update the KPIs values periodically and create reports based on the analysis of these results.
  • Create ad hoc reports that help the business provide visibility of the data.
  • Using different corporate tools like LEAPP and Persivia.
