Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is seeking a Tableau Developer with strong experience in data visualization and business intelligence solutions. The role involves developing interactive dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reports.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into impactful visualizations.
• Connect Tableau to various data sources including databases, data warehouses, and cloud platforms.
• Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Perform data analysis and ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Implement best practices in data visualization and storytelling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboards, data sources, and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve reporting standards and processes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Online
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Experience in data modeling and working with relational databases
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
