Job description


Interview Process: One Round of Virtual Interviews 
Duration of the Contract: 6 Months 
Possibility for Extension: Yes
Work Location: Role is 100% Remote
Candidate location: Candidate must be a CURRENT resident of the Central or Eastern Time Zones. No relocation allowed. 
 

Scope of the project: To fulfill the duties of the vacant analyst position in our office. Focus is on coordinating the distribution schedules of surveys, managing course evaluation process, monitoring response rate, and ensuring data accuracy. The position manages survey platforms, ensures consistent, ethical, and efficient processes across the college. This position also supports the college’s online Factbook and Graduate Placement report. Respond to other survey opportunities as they may arise at the college.

Daily Duties / Responsibilities: Maintaining survey schedule as described in the scope of the project. Begin new survey or data reporting projects as applicable.

Required Skills (Rank in order of Importance):

  1. 2+ Years of Experience with creating and administering surveys and data reports; working in platforms such as Qualtrics, SmartEvals, SogoSurvey, Alchemer (examples not required platforms)
  2. 2+ Years of Experience with PBI or Tableau data visualization tools
  3. 2+ Years of Experience with Pivo Tables in Excel

Preferred Skills (Rank in order of Importance):

  1. Experience with SQL or similar data- extraction methods.
 

4. Bachelor's Degree - field of study is open but the degree must be complete and verifiable

Additional Skills:

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  2. Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and independently
  3. Attention to detail in their work
