The Opportunity
As a Tax Innovation - Data Governance Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to facilitate efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.
As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.
In this role at PwC, you will be at the forefront of data engineering, focusing on leveraging advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. Your work will be integral to transforming data into insights that drive business growth and enable informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing data pipelines to facilitate efficient data processing and analysis
- Developing data integration and transformation solutions to support client decision-making
- Utilizing Azure Data Factory and Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform for scalable data architecture development
- Building and maintaining data infrastructure to support robust data solutions

- Collaborating with teams to optimize data strategy and performance tuning
- Leveraging Snowflake Data Warehouse and Snowflake Schema for advanced data modeling

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
