Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Scientist to lead the development and implementation of advanced data science and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, Python, SQL, and statistical modeling, along with the ability to provide technical leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and predictive analytics solutions.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
  • Develop, test, optimize, and monitor machine learning models.
  • Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Product, and Business teams.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable data science solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Data Scientists.
  • Present technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with emerging AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science technologies.
