Are you tech-savvy, detail-driven, and ready to be the backbone of logistics support? We’re hiring a Web Check-In Administrator to join our fast-paced operations team in Oakdale. In this critical role, you'll ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service — every step of the way.

Location: Oakdale, PA 15017 (15 miles from Pittsburgh Downtown)

This is a non-remote position and requires you to be on site.
Shifts Available: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $18.51/hr


Key Responsibilities
  • Review delivery and field paperwork to confirm order accuracy.
  • Enter delivery data into internal software systems with precision and speed.
  • Support daily logistics: manage work orders and assist with vehicle check-ins.
