We are one of the most successful industrial staffing agencies in the area, and we value great recruiters. They are the backbone of our company. Because of our growth, we have a career opportunity for Bilingual Recruiters (English & Spanish required) to join our Romeoville office.

Main job functions of a recruiter include overseeing currently working temporary employees as well as recruiting new employees for our client companies. Provide customer service excellence to our customers as the point person for the daily operations of filling orders to meet customer needs. Interviewing, hiring/terminating & scheduling, in order to maintain proper staffing levels. Other administrative duties such as data entry, records maintenance, participation in recruiting events, advertising, job flyers, online postings, and networking. We provide skilled as well as entry-level general labor staffing for manufacturing and warehousing client companies.

Social Media is a Must!!

Qualifications for a Recruiter:

Spanish and English Speaking, Great computer skills, ability to communicate using emails, outgoing, social skills, attention to detail, energetic, ability to multitask. Must be able to work one or 2 days in Chicago onsite.
