Medical Billing Assistant (1 Full-time positions available)
Fast growing and employee friendly company, with an exciting opportunity for an entry level role as an Medical Billing Assistant in our Langhorne office, full time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
The main responsibility of this position is to offer administrative support for the Reimbursement amp; Billing department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting Reimbursement and Billing representatives in various duties such as, but not limited to, the following:
  • Scanning, printing and proof-reading documents
  • Maintaining and creating Excel spreadsheets and updating information as needed
  • Sorting and distributing mail within the department
  • Researching all returned mail and updating system accordingly
  • Mailing patient invoices and secondary claims
  • Data entry
  • Tasks as assigned by supervisor
Skills/Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Word required
  • Ability to multi-task a must
  • Experience in a healthcare setting and utilizing Navinet a plus
