Summary:
Provide technical support to customers and end-users of our products. This is an entry-level position that offers hands-on training in product diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, calibration, and customer support. The successful candidate will be mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and interested in developing a career in technical service and electronics repair.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, test, troubleshoot, and perform bench repairs on returned products.

  • Assist customers with the operation and troubleshooting of products.

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide technical support and assistance.

  • Process customer orders, parts requests, service records, and work orders.

  • Enter information into company systems, bill completed work, and maintain service logs and departmental records.

  • Calibrate, clean, inspect, and prepare products for return to customers.

  • Participate in ongoing technical training to develop product knowledge and repair skills.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skills:
  • Associate degree in Electronics or related technical field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is a plus.

  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Prior professional repair experience is not required.

  • Interest in electronics, mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and hands-on technical work.

  • Ability and willingness to learn how to read and interpret schematics.

  • Ability and willingness to learn the use of test equipment such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.

  • Basic soldering experience or willingness to learn.

  • General computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry in an ERP or business system.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and eagerness to learn.

Career Development: This position is designed as an entry point into our technical service team. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and product-specific instruction, employees will develop the skills necessary to become highly skilled technicians capable of diagnosing, repairing, and supporting a wide range of products.
