Description

The HR & Office Coordinator supports daily HR and administrative operations by assisting with HR, onboarding, compliance reporting, and employee engagement initiatives. This role maintains employee records, coordinates licensing and regulatory requirements, and serves as a central point of contact for internal support, communications, and office operations. Additionally, the HR Coordinator helps ensure organizational efficiency by managing administrative processes, supporting finance-related tasks, and facilitating surveys, evaluations, and other key HR programs. This entry-level role will offer exposure to Sr. Leadership within the company thus giving opportunity for career growth.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist HR with running Motor Vehicle Record reports for candidates.

  • Facilitating compliance reporting for the sales department’s DBPR and BrewU licensing.

  • Maintain the office organizational chart by updating new hires and title changes as well as removing separated employees.

  • Help oversee NSF payments from customers by collecting payments and reporting to Finance.

  • Manage the “no sale” list daily from the DBPR, update VIP and inform sales reps and RAS Manager. Every Wednesday, notify warehouse and sales dept. and post the list in the check-inn room and break room.

  • Assist with Paylocity 30/90/1YR/exit surveys and launch acknowledgments or performance evaluations.

  • Grant visitor access to the facility via gates and front door. This will include helping candidates arriving for interviews and new hires on their first day for Orientation.

  • Order all office supplies with WB Mason. Order all business cards, note pads, letterhead paper, envelopes, and other stationery with Sir Speedy.

  • Distribute items left for customers, accounts, or others to pick up (ex. Shirts, tickets, checks, graphic related items, donation pickups, etc.).

  • Manage mail distribution for USPS, Fed Ex, UPS, Amazon and courier services.

  • Provides clerical and administrative support to all employees (print labels, send certified letters, data entry, etc.).

  • Field customer service type calls and route or dispatch as appropriate.

  • Assist with recruitment assistance when needed – I-9 Compliance, interview scheduling, partake in Orientation/Equipment Trainings, and employee engagement.

  • Assist in company Health & Wellness Initiatives.

  • Manage the dissemination of Employee Beverage Giveaways.

  • Provide coverage for c-suite when the assigned Executive Assistant is absent.

  • Other duties as assigned.

The Physical Requirements

  • Talk, hear, and see (including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus)

  • Performs light to medium work exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects

  • This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary

Working Conditions

  • Requires full-time, in-office attendance with travel to other Redwood Beverage locations as needed

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely involves use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines

  • Work hours will vary daily due to business needs
