If you enjoy precision, pattern-spotting, and bringing order to data, this role is for you. As an Entry-Level Metrology & Quality Control Technician, youโ€™ll help ensure materials, in-process builds, and finished medical devices meet specs and customer expectations.

Your impact
  • Verify parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges; confirm equipment calibration before every use.
  • Complete visual, dimensional, and functional checks against drawings and basic schematics.
  • Log inspection outcomes, highlight defects or nonconformances, and support corrective actions under guidance.
  • Maintain orderly inspection files that support traceability and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with production to surface improvement opportunities and contribute to quality initiatives.
  • Build your inspection toolkit through routine training on quality systems and techniques.
Must-haves
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Solid math skills with fractions/decimals in both imperial and metric units.
Nice-to-haves
  • Prior manufacturing or assembly exposure (helpful, not required).
Core capabilities
  • Introductory metrology skills; comfort with calipers, micrometers, and common gauges.
