SUMMARY:

As a Sales Intern/C.S.R. with Paragon, you will be in a position that supports the sales team in entry-level tasks while gaining hands-on experience in sales processes and customer engagements. Success in this role requires accurate record keeping, documentation processing and professional telephone courtesy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, and the eagerness to learn about the operation of the sales team and the importance of the job.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and the company.
  • Operate with a sense of positive energy.
  • Novice computer skills.
  • Able to adapt to the company’s culture, work safely, and possess a positive attitude.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Assist the sales team in lead generation and customer outreach through telephone calls and emails.
  • Maintain and update customer information and be the liaison between sales department and customer.
  • Provide administrative support, such as data entry and documentation management.
  • Schedule customer orders for production runs and to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Create customer manifest, billing and invoicing.
  • Shadow experienced sales team members to learn effective sales techniques.
  • Work with other departments to ensure customers’ requirements are fulfilled.
  • Other assignments assigned, ie- filing, order entry.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

  • Monday thru Friday, flexible day hours

COMPENSATION:

  • $16.00/hr - paid weekly.
